About the job
As a Digital Marketing Intern at Vucar, your role is central to the hands-on execution and optimization of our core digital advertising campaigns.
You will gain deep practical experience within our "S-A-T" (Sports Team, Action-Oriented, Transparency) culture, learning by doing, driving results, and making a tangible difference. We are seeking a smart, energetic, and critically-minded individual passionate about digital technology and data-driven marketing, ready to embrace challenges, contribute fresh perspectives, and develop with a dynamic team.
Your Mission
As an integral part of our marketing team, you will gain practical experience across various digital domains:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads - SEM), monitor performance, support planning and content distribution.
- Data Analysis & Strategy: Deeply analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights, leverage data to inform strategy, identify trends, propose improvements or A/B tests.
- AI Tool Utilization & Innovation: Explore, test and apply AI tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. We encourage bringing new tool suggestions to the table!
- Team Collaboration & Constructive Dialogue: Share ideas, give feedback, and take ownership of key tasks. Engage in constructive discussions to improve and achieve the best outcomes (Sports Team & Transparency values).
- Content Development (Significant Plus): Create or brief creative content (ad copy, social posts, blog snippets, visuals) for ads and branding. Experience in creating/editing short video clips is highly advantageous.
Goals in the First 90 Days:
- Gain a solid understanding of Vucar's operational processes, "S-A-T" culture, and the ambitious, data-driven goals of the marketing team.
- Take ownership of at least 2–3 key ad campaigns and improve performance.
- Achieve proficiency with Vucar's core digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Identify and propose at least one specific, data-backed optimization or A/B test idea for a live campaign, demonstrating an Action-Oriented and Optimize-Oriented mindset.
- Build strong-effective collaboration with the team and align with marketing goals.
Job Requirements:
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content marketing, and product marketing)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Interest in digital trends, AI tools, and new technologies in Marketing.
- Familiar with Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Creative thinking and ability to turn product features into compelling ad messages.
