1. Technical Assessment 🛠️
Are you killing it at your job? This step checks that!
- What we look at:
- Are you doing awesome work?
- Are you fast with deadlines?
- Can you solve tricky problems?
- Do you rock your skills and help the team?
- Your lead and teammates might chime in, and we’ll peek at some numbers (like KPIs) to keep it fair.
2. Culture Assessment ❤️
Do you fit the Vucar vibe? This is about how you roll with our values!
- What we check:
- Curiosity: Are you learning fast and spotting cool stuff others miss?
- Innovation: Got big ideas and love keeping things simple?
- Passion: Are you hyped about Vucar and making the world better?
- Selflessness: Do you put Vucar first and help your buddies out?
- Courage: Can you make tough calls and take smart risks?
- Communication: Are you chill, clear, and good at chatting with everyone?
- Integrity: Are you real, honest, and owning your oopsies?
- We’ll ask you, your peers, and your lead how you’re doing here!
3. Keeper Test 🏆
Here’s the big question: If another company tried to snag you, would we fight to keep you?
- A bunch of us vote on this.
- If >50% say “no” → challenge period → if three times in a row, it means you’re not quite hitting our high bar, and we’ll say goodbye. 👋
- This keeps our team full of superstars we can’t live without!
